Very impressed. This is the type of support I would expect from top companies! I was having issues with installing bbpress on virgin install of Wordpress 3.0.1 I had the same issue as the OP with PHP versions and WAMP refusing to load. I downgrading to php 5.2.11 from php 5.3.0 resolved the warning messages immediately.
