I have the exact same problem, but it has only arisen recently. I've been running WAMP on Windows Server 2008 R2 with very few problems until this week. After a recent restart (to remove an unused HDD), WAMP will only go to 2/3 yellow. I've checked my port usage with netstat and nothing is using port 80. The problem appears to be with Apache - MySQL is running fine. I can get Apache
