WampServer

hey all!!! when I ws installing joomla v 1.5x in localhost in my pc i used Wampserver 2.0, the proplem is dat on da page of "Pre-installation Check" when i install joomla 1.5x in the Recommended Settings in joomla tells me dat "Display Errors :OFF:" & "Output Buffering: OFF" but in my installation both are "ON" plz tell my how to fix this . wat cange
