WampServer

I am currently using Wampserver 2.0 on Windows Server 2003. I have created a Phpbb3 forum using wampserver. Currently, in order to access the phpbb3 forum from the Windows Server computer and other computers in the network, I have to type in the IP address of my Windows Server computer followed by /phpbb3. (OR ) I would like to know if its possible to just be able to type in from any computer in
