WampServer

I am just getting started. I've loaded MySQL 5.0 on my XP machine, and developed a database. I just discovered WAMPServer, and really want to install and use it, but I'm concerned about the possibility of installing two instances of MySQL. Further, I'd really prefer not to lose the database structure and data that I've already entered. What should I do to migrate to WAMPServer and preserve my
