WampServer

I'm kinda new to setting up a localhost serevr but I had wamp running superbly. Then I installed microsoft .net dev and suddenly my php scripts dont work - indeed aren't even recognised. As far as I can make out C:\inetpub\wwwroot\ has taken over. I tried to copy my directory into there but the SQL scripts failed. Any clues? I'd like to set things back!
