Can someone please address this question for me? I have a WAMP 4.9.7 local install. I opened the php.ini file in the apache2.4.33/bin folder and changed the max_upload_filesize setting so I could upload files that exceed the 2M default. Every time I do this, save the file, Exit WAMP, and restart WAMP, that setting I saved reverts back to the default. The other php.ini files in the wamp/php

Also, some good news: I cleared the password in both wp-config.php and config.inc.php, set AllowNoPassword to "true" in the config.inc.php file, and was able to access the database through phpMyAdmin. I have a wordpress test site running on a WAMP localhost setup. I noticed that I have two "root" users listed under "Privileges" in the database. However, the "host" for one is "localhost" and the "host" for the other is "127.0.0.1." Do I need both of these users? Should I delete the 127.0.0.1 host user? Or, should I create a new

Can someone please help me with this? I installed WAMP with Explorer as the browser. Then installed Wordpress under WAMP on local machine.
