lol y isnt that on -.-'' nvm ty, and is there any more setting that i would like to turn on?

i have win 7 32bit and i install the wamp2.0i now the problem is that the wamp is ONline and i can go to the index.php in the locolhost and see all the files i put there but when i enter a php file its like it is dont run the code. like when i run this code: <? echo("hello" ); ?> its just show me a blank page. and is i run a come whit some html in it, like: <table
