1. Re: IE takes 100% of the CPU when opening localhost
A similar symptom occurred with an associate of mine. After much on-call support with Microsoft and Norton, we found that the Norton firewall was proxying IE requests and causing 100% CPU usage at start up. I hope that helps. Steve
