WampServer

Hi! I have just installed wampserver on my computer. Me and a friend are working with a game so I need him to have access too. So I need help with two things: 1. My friend needs to have access to phpmyadmin from his computer, how do i do this? 2. My friend also needs to have access to the files in the www directory, also from his computer, how can i do this? Can anyone help me please?
