WampServer

Hy I use no-ip instead my homepage cannot read at the other computer browser, but I can access my homepage with my browser, if i tipe my local ip. butt with alparcs.no-ip.org i cant acces : The connection has timed out. I have changed the httpd.conf as below: ServerName alparcs.no-ip.org:80
