Hi c2dan, I can't run wampserver because of the invalid tag error. However I edited the php.ini file in the apache directory (I just removed the comments at the end of the 2 lines) and could then start the server. I then had to change the apache version to one that was compatible with php5.3.0. All works now, thanks for your help. Chris
