WampServer

I cannot connect to my localhost nor any of the other applications provided with it such as PHPmyadmin. Apache and MySQL are running and there are no connections conflicting with it. I currently have it in my J drive, J:/wamp and tried using it with my C drive but that did not work either. Thanks for your help! I just want to see tyhis running because i got it running fine on my laptop and now
