I have had the same errors as you guys, Skype installed, so I turned that off, opened Skype and unchecked the Port 80 box on the connections and still no joy. Then after hours of searching what could be on port 80 and running lots of netstat commands I found out the following: I had a program called Adblock Plus (an advert blocker) using port 80 so I switched it off, success YES, but short
