So, my website is not sending mails as it should ; User click send for an email...should that not use my local host servers by default??

I recently moved a website to my Wampserver...it loads, but I get MASS php errors?? Any ideas on these? Maybe a dumb question but....I got everything installed, finally got the password in MySQL to take, including PHPAdmin... When I click on local host, I can see my demo site.....How do I get this to point to a domain address!? Thanks!
