I've just completed a fresh, clean install of the latest 64-bit WAMP distribution for Windows 7. My wamp directory is C:\Wamp. After starting WAMP if I click on the phpMyAdmin menu selection I get the 1045 Error. For reasons unclear to me, my WAMP installation no longer works.
