WampServer

I installed the wampserver (WampServer2.0i.exe) which comes with php 5.3.0. but when i try to load php_pgsql.dll it says "unable to load module". I heard there is a php bug in php, and downgrading to php 5.2.5 will solve the problem. after downgrading (WampServer2-PHP525.exe) server does not start. "cant find c:\wamp\wampmanager.exe" please help ..
