Thanks Steven and everyone else for their time, who looked into my problem and provided their valuable suggestions BUT I found the solution for the problem.
Actually
1. I ran cmd netstat to see PID on my port 80, found the portID (PID)
2. Then went to Taskmanager and stopped that process (Simplyfy media, one of the installed app) that was causing the problem.
