Hi I would try changing the user that start the service. In Control Panel / Services, right-click on "wampapache" and select "Properties". Then go to the "Log-On" tab select "this account" and insert your account name and password. Then try again to start it.

hi, did you try to start the wampapache service on Control Panel / Services? Can you check on Events Viewer if there is an error message that give more info on the error details?

I'm using Windows 7 x64 Ultimate, installed WampServer, and run it without problems. Recently I experienced some trouble starting it. I solved it thanks to some suggestions found in this forum, so I want to share my solution, in case somebody else can need it.
