the IIS was already disabled. when asking for the password it has something to do with the local router i beleive. Any local router.

4. Help- asks for password online.
I installed the server, got it working and all that. but when trying to access the site from a different computer just to use the website it asks for a user name and password. How do I make this fully functional to the public?
