WampServer

Hi there, probably a really newbee question: I am getting this message at the very end of the install process which I've tried a few times: "The procedure entry point php_set_error_handling could not be located in the dynamic link library php5ts.dll." I don't know what this means, or solve it even. help please. I don't know php, would like to (need to learn) to add to skills
