WampServer

When i go to 'Test Port 80' i get the return of: your port 80 is actually used by: Server: Microsoft-HTTPAPI/2.0 Also the server is now stuck as offline, i tried to put it online but i get the following error: Could not execte menu item (internal error) Could not perform service action: The Service has not been started

I was getting 404 errors on localhost and phpMyAdmin so decided to reinstall WampServer 2. After the reinstall i restarted my computer and tried them again, still they are 404 errors. I was talking to a friend who uses WampServer and he said it may be something to do with my system variables, where can i check these, and what should they be set to? Or is this some sort of other problem all
