maybe u r in local net and another www server is running there. try [127.0.0.1] (or another port if u specified one) instead of in this way u will not be connecting to main localhost (in ur lan) but directly to ur computer (127.0.0.1 is default local IP of ur computer and localhost is pretty same, but if u've already have specified localhost in ur network "localhost" wont be read as 12
