Apache/win/mysql/php or perl or python or ruby are all free right, may install in my VISTA or XP PC, and when let the PC on, access this web server and database from other hosts of the internet? This is true for many users same time and access eg php pages from my HDD, remotely and securely(only choosen pages/files)?

You mean to have two versions mysql... must run on different ports(how do this? Control panel?) OR get disbled one(there is GUI for this?) ? About second question run as live web server to serve visitors, non local test server...can or can not your download(must be a windows server correct?) ?

If I have MySQL(with JDK/Tomcat) may keep it(mysql) and disable it, and after... install over, bundle WAMP from your site? So have two mysql versions, one disabled? This WampServer 2 from may installed and run/serve-visitors on a Network Drive connected to my home router ?

may have ONE mysql for both or for more purposes:jsp,php,cfm,asp,asp.net? If I choose not uninstall(mysql), may install separatelly Apache & php engine and still works with existence copy of mysql?
