ok, now i managed to run wampserver from root by modifyinh the root.. but installing/updating from 5.2.9 to 5.2.10 still not successful.. anyone have the guide?

i suggest you re-install wampserver since the path to the apps is broken.

i also trying to manually update the php from 5.2.9-2 to 5.2.10. Been searching through the forum and Google but couldn't find any guide. So, i need a little explaination about what should i do to the manual update.

Hi, I'm trying to install the wampserver into root but the installer doesn't allow me to do so. Is there any way to install in to root? I'm using windows xp and have a partition dedicate (z:\) for the wampserver.
