WampServer

Ok, i am very happy with WAMP and all but i have one question. -after i have my index.htm how i want it, what would i do if lets say..i wanted others to see it. how would i get a URL for it?. ["127.0.0.1" did bring me to my website though.] Id also like to know if my problem is solve able without paying for a .com domain. its no that serious of a website..
