Guess I made it working I was still calling it through localhost/mysite instead of mysite directly thanks for trying to help

Error logs in a nut shell the problem lies in: virtual host is not properly set reason: still looking for script and img in www and not in www/mysite/whatever.....

I am trying now to add the folders but it did not work without then and the folders were commentd in conf

In www I have a dir named example ( a full site with index etc...) as is does not load correctly. I followed your tutorial uncommented v host in httpd.conf and modified as follow httpd-vhosts.conf NameVirtualHost *:80 <VirtualHost *:80> ServerName example DocumentRoot C:/wamp/www/example #ErrorLog C:/wamp/www/example/logs/error.log #CustomLog C:/wamp/www/example/logs/access.lo

FYI fixed it to do: edit httpd conf add new structure to localhost restart done!

No the image path is only accessory what I am trying to say is that wampserver does not recognize my structure, if it was at www level it'll work. the images are only the tip of the iceberg, used as an example, the whole thing acts like it was set at rool level which is not the case. the site loads totaly broken is it a httpd conf problem, hostfiles or any other?

Hello, I installed a new wampserver on a new local machine for test purposes. and installed my scripts (PHP and MySQL oriented) at www level as usually but the structure is as follow: www/main_dir/site/index.php reason is: main_dir is my eclipse editor workspace which holds two main dir/ when I open localhost, I got the index wamp page which shows my structure inside www then I click my

I believe that in the actual state not all components are 64 bit ready but again I could be wrong so if I use 32 bit drivers on a 64bit I doubt that the result will be OK?
