yes I did a print_r($_FILES) and it was empty. The only difference is the function that it leads to, which shouldnt matter cause the one that DOES work, leads to the same function page, and works beautifully.

I have a form (and yes the enctype is set) and when I submit it, all the $_POST values come in, but nothing from $_FILES. It comes up as empty. I have another form that is almost identical on the same server and site and it works fine. But for some reason, if I try and send the same file through this other form.. it just comes up empty. Any ideas?

Oh hai there, I'm looking for a solution to run PHP4 code on a PHP5 server. I've heard things about installing PHP4 as CGI but I can't find any tutorials anywhere or any guidance anywhere for WAMP. Hi there, I just added a new domain name from GoDaddy and mapped it to my server and everything and made the virtual host, but it won't work without the www. prefix. So for example, www.google.com would work fine, but google.com leads to the GoDaddy parking page. Any ideas what I would do?

nevermind, the company wants the site to be hosted on a specific port other than 80. so ill just map one WAMP install to whatever port they want, and leave the other at 80

Oh hai there, I am running mulitple virtual hosts on one machine, but I'm planning to spread some websites to another machines so I have 2 running physcial servers hosting from one IP using WAMP. Is there any special config I would have to do so they are both on Port 80 AND both running virtual hosts?

Skype is usually a big one taking up port 80. If you have it installed, try closing it and then restarting it after WAMP is loaded.

Just don't put the server online and test in WAMP.

What settings do you have in the site config in Dreamweaver? Did you map the site address to the right folder and have the trailing slash at the end?

Works fine for me on the 7600 build with no hassle. Maybe try reinstalling WAMP?
