WampServer

When I load phpmyadmin on my localhost I do not see the correct format. It appears that the CSS file is not loading. When I try to load the CSS file directly, I get the following error: Warning: require_once(./libraries/common.lib.php) : failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\wamp\phpmyadmin\css\phpmyadmin.css.php on line 7 Fatal error: require_once() : Failed opening required
