WampServer

Ok so i've just installed WampServer, put it online, then clicked phpmyadmin(well kind of went to "[127.0.0.1]; as localhost doesnt seem to work with Firefox or IE, but works fine with Opera fine for some reason???)) Hi i've just got started with Wamp Server.Its online and i have access to localhost folder however i cannot save anything in the www folder because i dont have the right permissions an alert box says "You dont have permission to save in this location, Contact the administrator to obtain permission" which is weird because i am the administrator. Im not sure if this is a Wamp or a Vista
