copy that ! After strugglin around with this for several days i also found out it's the 32bit version vs. 64bit version thing ! Using a 32bit version will fix your problems.

hey guys, i'm trying to dl this new release from sourceforge since a few days, but this file "does not exist" . that counter still shows only 58 hits, earlier releases are loaded A LOT more times, so i think this is a major problem. wamp devs, can you please have a look at this !? thanks a lot, panique
