Ok thank you I did the same thing in the tutorial when I try to go to phpmyadmin there's a warning msg The configuration file now needs a secret passphrase (blowfish_secret).

Hello, I installed wampserver on my C:/ Folder but when I am trying to access to nothing is appearing. what can i do ? I added a file and tried to open that file using my browser but it failed all i can see is a blank page "untitled" . is there anything I could do ?
