WampServer

i having some problem that wamp server did not start fully is shows the yellow little then i tried to fix the error by reinstllating but that persist .. in my system the skype is installed and running ie active. i found the solution for that .. if skype is running then quit skype and start wamp server it will run without any problem then start skype then everything will be fine.. if
