WampServer

This thing has me flumoxed too !! I'm trying to install Jommla. 1st installed wamp server5 2nd installed Joomla ! Went through set up, didn't set FTP settings, removed installation folder. Can't access admin panel. do i need to set FTP settings? how? 3rd installed free Joomla template, doesn't render the template just a file directory of contents, PHP pages, images etc.. Frustrated wit
