have you restarted all services in wamp. p.s i have heard that globals are not very good and bad practice have a look here hope this help

ok thanks just a bit stuck with how to install a hosting panel like lxadmin or ispconfig as with out the command promt like what linux has i don't have a clue how to install something like lxadmin panel or even if it can be done thanks alot every one
