Is there any way of getting a more recent version of phpMyAdmin into my (Windows 7) installation of WAMPServer? I'm keen to use v 3.3.8, which supports import from Excel files.This is the version on the commercial Web Server I usually install my clients' applications on to.

Suddenly, a couple of days ago, after running with no problems for over a year, WAMPServer - or rather what seems to be its Apache component - stopped working for me.
