WampServer

Hi all, we are using mysql server 5.1 and I have a database which will contains about 500 to 1500 tables in that one . I want to clean the database data and restore it in a new database frequently . Previously I used php myadmin (wamp server) to clean the data . I am getting the clean database but the thing is I am not getting relations. Relations are missing in the database. SO I think y
