WampServer

I'd be very grateful if someone could let me know whether it's possible to use Wamp to set up multiple installations of Worpdress locally - I've searched wordpress.org and Google and can't find anything that provides a straighforward answer or guidance on this.

I've got the same problem - installed Wamp a few days ago and it's been working perfectly until now under Vista. Today it refuses to cooperate. I have Skype turned off and am using Wamp to run a local development version of a Wordpress site. Any advice would be much appreciated.
