WampServer

I can't do it in any way :< Tried checking that my user got full rights. Tried unchecking the 80/467 box in Skype Tried Giving Start wampserver permission in firewall what else can i do to make phpMyAdmin work? =( please help me, my work depends on it! don't wanna reinstall XP!
