WampServer

Hello I have a problem with the sqlite database. I need to use that (instead of mysql) and my problem is i have an sqlite db based on 3+ version. But the wamp server originally containes the 2.8.17 version. So how or could i update the database library? If yes how can i do it and where can i download the library for this version? Thanks Tamás
