WampServer

I am tring to set up a file server with webpage access. Im using frontpage 2003 and tring to use sever extintions, but i am having problems. Is there a better way to go about this? I would like to make my website password protected, so I can control my user to it. Any ideas would be helpfull. Thanks, josh
