I've had the same problem on my WIn 7 x64 but manage to get it working: 1 Give "start wampserer" an exception in win firewall. 2 Rightclick on "start wampserver" go to properties and under Security give you're user full premissions 3 start wampserver 4 leftclick on the icon located under the "up arrow" left side of the clock in the startmeny bar. 5 i
