I'm having trouble starting Wamp. It worked the other day, at least as far as the icon being white, but I kept getting "Forbidden" errors. When I started my computer again today, all I got was the yellow icon. I reinstalled Wamp thinking something got corrupted, and now all I get is the red icon. I've shut down skype and I'm not running IIS. My firewall is letting everything through. An

I'm trying to change the php.ini upload_max_filesize setting from 2M to 200M, but each time I save and restart WAMP services and try to upload a file through my application, I continue to get errors back from PHP saying "The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini." What else do I need to do to make it work?
