error on phpmyadmin page

Hi,
I am new to wamp, but followed some material for my installation
I installed wamp successfully, enable both private/public access on my windows firewall (i use win 7) and could successfully open localhost. when i click phpmyadmin, it bring

Access denied: :#2002 - No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

I have changed listen80 to 0.0.0.0:80 but still having same problem
I run wamp on same machine.
Any help?

I also have a problem like this..
which is must resolve immediately, because i have a project to be pass on friday.. T_T
