hi,
from time to time i mentioned 500 - records on access.log file, then i need to restart apach server. i can not find the problem, is there any suggestions to fix this prolbem? Thanks!

Also have a look at the php_error.log that may give you a clue.
Make sure that php error logging is turned on and being sent to a file.
