I try to follow the second option but in my system (clean install of win 8 and latest wamp)
when i go to: C:\wamp\scripts\onlineOffline.php
and open the php file is different than this you describe
mine is like this:
$onlineText = "# onlineoffline tag - don't remove
Require all granted";
$offlineText = "# onlineoffline tag - don't remove
Require local";
so my question is what to edit????
please help i am new to this
