increase import file size

In MyPhpSql in the import section, how do I increase the file import size from 2MB to 10 or 20MB ? I need to import a large theme into my localhost WordPress site.
Or do I need to somehow reconfigure WordPress?

u need to change the the settings from the php.ini u can try changing the memory_limit = , post_max_size = and the upload_max_filesize =
