WAMP online, but unable to start apache and unable to put offline

Hi there
I have just installed WAMP on my work PC.
But I've installed it successfully, I try and start [localhost] it comes with:

Object Not Found
The requested URL '/www/silverstripe' was not found on the RomPager server.
Return to last page
********************
Other issues is the WAMP icon in my systray is read. It says its online, but thats it. All the options to start the apache server is greyed out.
Any ideas?
