What is the difference between WAMP and WAMP Server?

Dear Wamp Users,

I have a real basic question. It was recommended to me to use WAMP instead of XAMPP. So, following the recommendation, I go search for it on the Web and cannot find it anywhere. All I find is WAMP Server. What is the difference? Are they one and the same?

Wamp is "Windows apache mysql php"

there is about 20 different ones to choose from,

WampServer is the best smiling smiley

you can see a full list on wikipedia for "Wamp Comparison"
