Joomla 1.5.23 not working on WampServer 2

Hello,

Everything seemed fine on the wampserver 2 install and the Joomla install. However, when i go to view the webpage its blank. Additionally, the administrator control panel appears to work fine.

Need some help here figuring out what's wrong.

Steps already taken:

Checked hosts file. Turned off Skype. Confirmed IIS is not running.

I'm on Windows 7, please advise.
